H5 [box tomb] (text North side) Under this stone are interred / the earthly remains of JOHN WOODHOUSE FORTH / son of JOHN AND ELIZABETH FORTH of Ganthorp (sic) / who died January 2nd 1804 / in the 7th year of his age / His afflicted parents / have erected this tribute to his memory / as a temporary token of affection / and of their most truly distressing / and ever to be lamented loss (text South side needs further examination, being close to box tomb H4) The undernamed children / of the Revd. JOHN AND ELIZABETH FORTH / were (? ) / further? / also JA? ( ? )

H6 [flat stone] (virtually illegible, neighbouring graves make it likely to be a further FORTH grave) likely to be Revd. JOHN FORTH as it is same as his wife’s stone, which it lies alongside.
