Welcome to Terrington Archive

The Terrington Archive website is sponsored by Terrington Arts, arising from its Terrington 2020-21 project, and contains a collection of material which helps to tell the story of the village up to the present time, including information on Terrington's notable events, people, buildings and places. It is hoped that residents and visitors alike will find something to interest you here. More about the Archive ... Hide information about the Archive

The website was designed and developed by Keith Adkins, who also gathered much of the material and researched and wrote many of the sections with assistance throughout from Jane Hanstock. A number of other people have made contributions and these are acknowledged on the relevant pages. Gerry and Lesley Bradshaw deserve particular mention for their efforts over more than 30 years in collecting and communicating information on the village, its people and its history.

There is much more still to be added. If you have any material which helps to tell the story of the parish and would like to contribute it please e-mail contact@terringtonarchive.net.

This website and its content is copyright of Terrington Arts except where another copyright holder is specified. For permission to copy and re-use material please e-mail contact@terringtonarchive.net.

We're sorry that we do not have the resources to respond to genealogical enquiries; websites such as ancestry, findmypast, familysearch and genuki are intended to help you trace your ancestors and you will find more resources on this website.
